Recently, I attended a “Managing Job Performance” class instructed by Margie Hamner. Margie did a great job teaching the class and I saw a need for similar type class at our facility. I contacted Margie not long afterwards and asked her if she could come to our facility and teach a class to the staff. After some discussions about our needs, she came up with a very informative and interactive class. She provided us the needed training in the three hour time frame we had. Her experience in the Water industry is relayed in her training, making the class relevant to the Operators here. I will be glad to have Margie back in the future.
