Service Description
Phase 1: Planning · Coach and client set coaching goals with measurable results. · Client completes coaching questionnaire. · Client completes self-assessments (DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, Values or MBTI). Phase 2: Implementation · Coach and client review completed self-assessments. · Schedule coaching 50 minute sessions (2 sessions per month). · Conduct coaching sessions via Zoom, Skype or phone. · Coach and client co-develop assignments. · Coach holds client accountable. · Coach and client track progress. Phase 3: Evaluation · Client and coach create summary to measure coaching results. The average hourly rate for Executive Coaching ranges between $150-$200.
