Service Description

This interactive virtual workshop is applicable to all utility employees and supervisors who face conflicts with co-workers, contractors and customers and who want to learn techniques to effectively resolve disputes and disagreements.


Participants will learn:

- Causes of conflict

- Conflict Styles

- Communication techniques to resolve conflict

- Positive attitude and language.
